As a marketing agency, we had the privilege of supporting the Kurier’s travel and indulgence magazine “Lust auf Österreich” in taking over their social media presence. Our work included both strategic and operational aspects to ensure that the magazine could maximize its reach and successfully reach its target audience.
Regular postings, monthly giveaways and the efficient use of advertising budget significantly boosted the magazine’s presence and visibility on social media.
The reach of “Lust auf Österreich” Magazine increased significantly in a short time. Within 5 months, we were able to generate over 700 new followers. Thus, we managed to increase the number of followers by 40 % and profile views by a whole 110 %.
“Lust auf Österreich” is a nearly 200-page travel and gourmet magazine published by KURIER editorial company. The premium magazine offers stories, news and recommendations on any topic such as travel, sports, lifestyle, culinary and tourism. In addition, inspiring reports about the most beautiful places in Austria as well as practical tips for planning a trip in the red-white-red landscape can also be found.
In order to achieve the planned goals, the existing social media presence was put through its paces and a suitable social media strategy was developed. The focus here was particularly on Instagram.
This involved working closely with the client to take into account their goals and wishes. In order to increase the reach and engagement on the social media channels, our Marketing & Communication District adjusted the content on a monthly basis in consultation with the client and organized giveaways, which led to numerous new followers. In addition, targeted social media ads were used to reach the target group more effectively.
Monthly reporting allowed us to measure the success of the strategy and keep a constant eye on it. Based on these reports, the strategy was continuously optimized and adjusted to create the best possible performance on the social media channels.
